I’m talking about Maggie Haberman. Michael Cohen has testified that he cultivated her as a source and was useful for the Trump team to promote their message. Back in 2020 Sarah Kenzidor described Haberman as one of the worst of the ‘court stenographers.’
She further skewers Maggie Haberman as “a palace intrigue reporter who functions as an in house PR flack for the Trump regime. Like all Trump PR flacks, she covers up crime with scandal. Her mother, Nancy Haberman, was literally a PR flack for Trump and for Jared Kushner. She helped manage their affairs at the PR firm of Howard Rubenstein.”

While Haberman was a gateway for the Trump campaign to get their message out she also breathlessly covered the Hillary emails story, a nothing burger of a scandal that dogged the candidate.
