So last night’s debate was pretty depressing. I was rooting for Biden if you were wondering, in that he is better than Trump both for the populace and the idea of democracy.
And he…did not do great. So to cheer my readers up (and myself) I thought of some tag lines to summarize the debate
“The Fabulist and the Feeblest”
“Grumpy Old Presidents”
“Hot Air vs the Cold”
“Dude, where am I?”
“He’s lying but I don’t remember about what.”
Aside from sloganeering, I thought Trump came off better. Sure he lied constantly but that’s on brand. Anyone open to supporting him either don’t care about lies or are completely insulated from the truth.
Biden looked confused and lost and that’s not a good look for a world leader (with all due respect to Boris Johnson)
