I wrote another song inspired by fantasy role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons. This one is to praise the little guys who always get a raw deal, the goblins and other minions of the various Dark Lords.
The song is now up on youtube. Lyrics by me, music and vocals by suno.com
Verse 1)
You never get the credit
for all the work you do
but I’d like to see an evil plan
work without a minion or two
(Verse 2)
A wizard might know death magic
but at night who guards him from assault
you’ll find a team of goblins
behind every dark lord worth his salt
(chorus)
a goblin might be three foot tall
but they’re scrappy and they’re fast
and when they get a horde together
the heroes better watch their ass
(Verse 3)
I’m not saying a gobbos perfect
there’s good bad and in between
they make lousy sommeliers
and there sense of humors kinda mean
(chorus)
a goblin might be three foot tall
but they’re scrappy and they’re fast
and when they get a horde together
the heroes better watch their ass
(Verse 4)
but dwarves got all the shiny
and the elves get all the girls
it ain’t nothing close to easy
for a goblin in this world
(Verse 5)
remember all the minions
not just the yellow ones in that flick
without his horde of goblins
a would be dark lord’s just a prick
(chorus)
a goblin might be three foot tall
but they’re scrappy and they’re fast
and when they get a horde together
the heroes better watch their ass
