First off the article is the one that condemns Hilary Clinton so why are't you taking issue with the author? Second it is the rightward shift of the Democratic party (including the embrace of D's like Joe Manchin who voted for Kavanaugh) that has led to much of what you complain of.
Bill Clinton signed the bill allowing derivatives that led to the Housing Crisis...not a Republican president.
