Joe Biden, like most establishment Democrats, seems to have the energy (or inclination) to only attack one opponent: the left.
Yes I think that’s weird for the party that’s nominally leftist too, thanks for saying so.

This article was prompted by Biden’s recent attack on the left, saying their response to Roe was going to be geared to mainstream America and not ‘out of step’ activists.
The full quote according the Daily Beast article is
“Joe Biden’s goal in responding to Dobbs is not to satisfy some activists who have been consistently out of step with the mainstream of the Democratic Party” but “to deliver help to women who are in danger and assemble a broad-based coalition to defend a woman’s right to choose now, just as he assembled such a coalition to win during the 2020 campaign.”
Now let’s compare Biden’s statements about others who have crossed his path like the head of the Senate Republicans, where Democratic legislation goes to die.
